Terms of Service

01Acceptance

By creating an account, making payment, or using any part of Shoprush Terminal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian laws. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or HUF, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

02The Service

Shoprush Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides a market intelligence platform featuring live NSE data, AI-generated trading signals, portfolio analytics, and alerts. The Service is read-only — we never place trades, access your broker account, or move funds.

03Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India with a valid PAN
• You must not be on any SEBI debarment list
• You must not be a US person under FATCA (not supported at this time)

04Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@shoprush.co if you suspect unauthorised access. One person, one account — sharing credentials or reselling signals is prohibited.

05Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed in INR via Razorpay on a monthly or annual cycle
• Prices exclude 18% GST, which is shown separately at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from your profile page
• Price changes require 14 days' advance notice; you may cancel before the new price takes effect
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

06Refund policy

Given the nature of digital financial data, we offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge — full refund within 7 days
• Service unavailability > 24 hours in a single billing cycle — pro-rated refund
• First-time subscribers — 100% refund if requested within 48 hours of first payment, unused

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

07Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or publish our signals without written consent
• Attempt to interfere with our infrastructure or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for market manipulation, insider trading, or any illegal activity

Violations result in immediate account termination and, if warranted, referral to SEBI and law enforcement.

08Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that signals will be profitable, that data will be uninterrupted, or that the Service will be error-free. Past performance shown anywhere on the platform does not indicate future results. Market data may be delayed or incorrect during periods of extreme volatility or exchange technical issues.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Shoprush's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.

10Intellectual property

All Service content — signals, algorithms, UI, logos, copy — is the exclusive property of Shoprush Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal trading research only.

11Termination

You may cancel your subscription any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, or on 30 days' notice for convenience. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

12Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 applies to commercial disputes exceeding ₹25 lakh.
